How do I set up an ftp location in Word 2007

R

Just upgraded to Vista and Office 2007

I need to access an html document on a remote ftp server, modify it and save
it using Word.

Previously I could do this easily as I had ftp location (previously
configured) as an option in my Open File menu.

I can't seem to figure out how this is done now.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

If I understand you correctly, you are just changing the pointer link in your
word document.

If so, the keyboard shortcut to set or modify a link is (Control + K). You
can also get there via the menu item "Insert" then "Hyperlink".

Keep in mind that this only takes you to an FTP location and does not create
folders.
