How do I set up an appointment in outlook?

How do I set up an appointment in outlook and see the availbilty of times
with the person that I am trying to set an appointment with?
 
This is an Access newsgroup, not an Outlook newsgroup. The built-in help
files of Outlook will probably answer that question without having to post
it on a newsgroup.
