How do I set up an animal registry in Access?

I would like to set up an animal registry (mainly dogs) in Cairo, Egypt,
where there is no formal registration of pets. This would enable pet owners
to get information re breeding, available puppies, vets and kennels, or just
get in touch with other pet owners with similar interests and/or problems.
