How do I set up active X Calender in my form.

I want to use the calender in my form to pop up and select the date from the
calender to be able to update the field entry.
I have found some ways to get the calender but unable to use the calender to
update the field and close or hise the calender.
 
Are or have you tried using the Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control?
