How do i set up a written report format

I have to do a report in 1000 words with in budetary control never done one
before not sure how to set it up,have become brain dead please help.

How can you expect anyone to offer any meaningful assistance, when you
can't be bothered to provide any useful information about your problem?
If you're going to just write 1000 words about a budget... use a word
processor.
