How do I set up a valid path to the document manager?

Ever since my computer crashed, when I go to save edits to our database,
which exists in Access and is shared through Microsoft OfficeLive, I get an
error message telling me I must establish a valid http//path to the document
manager server. I do not know how to go about doing this.

Thank you for any help anyone can provide.
