How do I set up a repeating email in Outlook?

Outlook XP
I need to send an email to five people every week requesting a response. At
the moment I have a draft email set up with two buttons for them to provide
an answer in return. I then have a task set up to remind me to do it! I
would like to automate this process so that it ensures this email is sent
weekly and I can then receive the responses.
