How do I set up a NTP server in my win2k domain

I want to set a NTP server in my domain and have it sync
with an external time source. I need it to synchronize on
a regular basis and I need my workstations to sync to that
server.

Does this have to be the root DC and how do I do it?

I am not in the office this week but there is a KB article about this.

Essentially, you need to stop the time service, use w32tm to set the desired
external time server and then start the time service.

It MUST be on the DC and I think it prefers to be on the DC with the FSMO
roles.
