how do i set up a network mail computer, so the rest read off it

how do i set up a network mail computer, so the rest read of it?
e.g
one computer downloads and get the emails. and the other 2 computers reads
that computer for all emails. so the one that downloads them, is kinda acting
like a server.

also how do i download 'contacts' from the web exchange server?
as well as downloading folders in the inbox? (it only seems to get just the
inbox not folders)

Not "kinda" - IS a mail server. You need a mail server application. there
are some free ones about.
