How do I set up a membership roster in Access?

Looking for a template that allows several fields of data to fit on regular
size paper. A real plus would be a way to record straight text for
organizational accomplishments and indent this memo field under the member
number, if that was the leading (first) field.
 
This is very vague. Create a report. It will fit on 'regular paper'.

To indent the memo field under the memo number, simply position that field
further from the left margin.
