How do I set up a meeting that repeats at irregular intervals?

I need to set up a sequence of meetings, always on Sunday at 8.30 am but not
at regular intervals. The details I want to enter are the same for each
meeting - same description, same location, same time and duration, same
reminder interval. How can I copy these details at each meeting date without
retyping?

I saw on another post that you can right click on an appointment and drag it
to the date that you desire. You would do this most easily in the 31 day
calendar view. Hope it helps.
