How do i set up a meeting for employees that i won't be attending

If i book a meeting and add attendees Outlook automatically adds me

If i try to delete the meeting from my diary it deletes it from everyone
elses as well

I want to book the meeting for the team but not actually attend it

Has anyone a solution to this?

Leave the meeting in the calendar but mark it as "Free"? Create a second
calendar folder and create the appointment in that calendar?
 
Many thanks Brian - will go with the additional calendar folder option -
Groupwise used to be so much simpler !
