Ask in a newsgroup with "prowrite" as the subject? This newsgroup is
devoted to questions and answers about Microsoft Access database software.
And, in fact, unless "prowrite" is a Microsoft product, you won't find such
a newsgroup via the Microsoft online user interface. If you don't have a
news server with your ISP account, you could try http://groups.google.com.
If I've misread and this is actually an Access question, accept my apology
and please clarify.
Generally you would use Outlook. While Access can read the Outlook
address book, I don't believe that the Access database newsgroup is the
place for Prowrite questions.
BTW if you find a good source of Prowrite questions, do let me know. It
appears that what could be a great program suffers greatly from a lack of
good documentation. I have been totally unable to use many of its features.
