How do I set up a group of controls to be different on each pg?

When I set up a control 'group,' they are identical on each page and you can
click on more than one option. I want each form to be able to be different.
Help!
 
Do you mean that they are identical on each page of a tab control? If so,
you have pasted them onto the main form instead of the tab control.
