How would I set up a formula in a cell to calculate material prices given by
either each, per hundred, or per thousand.

Hi
you need to provide more details about what you're trying to achieve.
e.g. give some examples, etc.

I am setting up purchase orders for electrical supply houses.
1/2" EMT is priced per hundred i.e. $33.00 per hundred feet.
Wiring is priced per thousand i.e. $27.00 per thousand feet.

Is there a way to set up the cell for calculating E=each, C=per hundred, or
M=per thousand or?

E would = 1
C would = .1
M would = .01
