how do I set up a email template in outlook

Hi
I have to send the same basic 2 or 3 emails every day several times a day
with differant attachment and details added is there any way I can create a
template in outlook to store the 3 differant bodys of content I need to email
out

For Outlook 2007 (and you omitted this vital piece of information) do
New-Mail Message, create the message, then do Office Button-Save As and
change the type in the drop-down box to Template.

As an alternative to Gordon's suggestion, you can also create the messages
and keep them in the Drafts folder, forwarding the one you want when it's
time to send that particular message.
