I need to create drop down menus so I can quickly fill in forms I create.
Example:
Tone & Manner: ________ I need a drop down menu to fill in with something
like - good, inconsistent but helpful, etc.
Any help is appreciated.

Two ways. What Word calls an "online form" is one. Check this in help. For
more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/LinesInForms.htm.

A second way is with an AutoText list field. This is a bit more complex but
when it does what you want it is much more flexible.

Hope this helps,
