How do I set up a data sheet that randomly changes data daily?

I want to set up a daily chart that changes randomly every day. I want to
change dates and locations where vendors should set up vending booths in a
town.

What software do you intend / desire to use? This newsgroup is for support
of Microsoft Access database software. While you could accomplish your
purpose with Access, there are better applications for creating the chart.
Do you specifically intend to implement an Access application for this
purpose, or should you be looking for a more pertinent newsgroup?
