how do I set up a daily average in excel

I WANT TO SET UP A DAILY AVERAGE IN EXCEL TO RECORD INDIVIDUAL AND AVERAGE
BLOOD SUGAR READINGS
 
Without seeing your source data it is hard to say what might be best, but as
a guess a pivot table would probably work out the best. Group your dates by
day and then aggregate your data using the average function.

P.S. All caps is normally used to indicate yelling and many people consider
it to be implolite.

If you want I can send you a workbook with BS readings, averages and Charts.

Note the formulas in Column D(Average) and the worksheet event code behind the
sheet which inserts the time you enter the BS reading.
