HOW DO I SET UP A CHART WITH FAMILY IMPORTANT ADDRESSES, NUMBERS,

I want a database or template so i can store all the important numbers (ie
insurance, home insurance, med insurance,) and the phone numbers that go with
them
 
So what is stopping you typing
Acme Insurance in A1 and 905-123-9876 in B1 ... and
Health Number in A2 and 45678912-4 in B2 ?
Caveat: if the 'number' has more that 15 digits type a single quote
(apostrophe) first; this will no be displayed nor will it print
best wishes
