How do I set the time for an incoming E-mail arriving in the Inbo.

Incoming E-mail messages arriving in the Inbox of Outlook are indicating a
sent time exactly one hour earlier than when that individual message was
sent. The computer time within my PC is correct and current, but the
incoming messages posting to the Inbox are indicating a time that is one hour
earlier than the actual sent time.

Do I need to re-set a time parameter within Outlook for my Inbox?

Person sending you the email has set their clock wrong OR is on a different
timezone..
