How do I set 'rules' for email sent?

I wish to save emails sent to a particualr person in the same folder, or a
subfolder of, the personal folder that recevies their messages.
I now have to manualy move them over.
Are their rules for 'sent' as well as 'recieve'?
 
Yes, there are rules for sent items (at least since OL2000, not sure about
OL98)
