How do i set my outlook calendar apts for a NO REMINDERS as the default?
 
Tools->options->calendar options->reminder. Uncheck it.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Tools | Options, Preferences tab -- clear the default reminder time checkbox
in the Calendar section.
