How do I set Help to get offline help first?

Hello,

When I click on the "Help" category at the top of the screen, I want to
receive offline help first, with the option to choose online help if I wish.

How do I do that? I did it once before and unfortunately did not keep notes
on what I did.

At the bottom of the Help task pane, click "Online Content Settings". In the
dialog, check the box for "Show content and links from Microsoft Office
Online", but leave the box for "Search online content when connected"
unchecked.
