I will be out of town for two weeks and need to notify people who email that
I am gone. How do I do this? I have Microsoft Outlook 2000. Thank you.

You need to be using an Exchange Server to use the Out of Office assistant or
if you don't have an exchange server, set up a rule. Look up 'out of office'
in help for instructions.

Thanks, Mary.

If you are using Exchange server, you can set up out of office assistant.

If you are using POP3 account, you can set up a rule to automatically reply
to each email you receive. However, you need to have Outlook running.
