How do I set a different return address as default?

I have ATT as and ISP with ATT DSL - But when I use their e-mail through
outlook I want the return address to show (e-mail address removed) I could
change ISPs easily using the wfu e-mall system to redirect my mail to my
current ISP account.. Is there anyway to set up a default return address
in Outlook?

Define the e-mail address of the account you're using to be your preferred
address but use your ISP username/password to authenticate to the servers.
