How do I set a comments location

I am adding new rows into a worksheet containing a number of comments. When I
"view comments", they often have moved some distance relative to the cell
containing the comment. How do I "lock" the position of the comment relative
to the cell so that it does not move when I add, delete or copy/paste rows?

I think the best you can do is put them back where they belong.

Does this mean I cannot lock the posiction of a comment on a worksheet?
