How do I set a botton's click event to execute pressing the Enter

I am working on a web application, my first one, I used to program windows
app. and the form had an property where i could set a key to be de default
to execute a botton click event.

But now I need to know how to set the Enter key (using the keyboard) to
execute the hit botton event?

Normally, it is the first buttoin that you add to a page that gets executed
when you hit Enter. Have a look here for some nifty client-side javascript
that can help you change that, if you have more than one button,
