How do I sent Large Font e-Mails using Outlook 2003 to WebTV?

My mom has webTV. I bought a new computer with Outlook 2003. Now when I
sent her an e-mail in 24-Font Size, it arrives as small 8-font size. My
messages look big to me and when she sends them back to me they still look
big to me, but somehow Web TV is not receiving them as big fonts. I am
sending the e-mail as HTML. I suspect I need to set something on my Outlook
2003, but I don't know what....

That could be WebTV scaling things on their end. Try sending some test
emails with increasingly large fonts to see what happens on her end of
things.
