Our company uses Outlook 2000. Our department has decided we would like to
start using Outlook to send the typical "While You Were Out" telephone
messages rather than use handwritten ones (like it is possible to do in
Novell GroupWise). However, we don't find that as one of the options. Does
anyone have any "free" solution? We are aware there is at least one software
add-in that can be purchased, but budget constraints won't allow that.
