How do I send my MSN calender to Outlook to put on a Pocket PC?

I am trying to get my MSN calender to be read through Outlook 2002, so I can
sync it to my Pocket PC. (My boss sends calender entries, but they go into my
MSN calender, and not Outlook).

How would I go about doing this?

Are you using the Outlook Connector?
