How do I send mail to a group of people?

Hello, I am trying to send the same email message to a group of my
instructors. I can't seem to figure out how to make groups of people in
Vista Windows Mail like I used to in Outlook Express. It won't allow me to
drag a contact into the CC field, nor allow me to drag groups of contacts.

Gary - thanks. The tutorial solved my problem. I had my folder type set
wrong.
I knew how to use a group, but the creating part had me stopped.
