How do I send contacts to a bluetooth device from Outlook?

The menu item 'Send to Bluetooth' which was earlier active on my laptop ( I
used to transfer contacts from laptop to PDA) has suddently become inactive.
I am no longer able to send contacts through bluetooth from Outlook 2003.

Can somebody help please?

Well, I see no one has answered your post in 3 months, but I'm having the
same problem... "Send to Bluetooth" is on the menu but nothing opens when I
select it; no devices, no nothing. So, my sympathies.

Earth to Microsoft, you have a problem.

What post would that be? You didn't even quote a 3 month old post?
What does this have to do with Outlook Contacts? Messages in the wrong group
will remain unanswered.

Look at the previous post in the thread; the one I'm replying to, the one
that's almost three months old. It, and my, posts are about Outlook 2003
contacts, so they're in the correct group. As we both said, if you're in
Contacts and if you try to use the "Send to Bluetooth" from the File drop
down with a contact selected, the function appears to be entirely inactive.

Let me know if you need more information.

Thanks.

Most people do not keep threads anywhere near that long, nor should you
expect them to. That is why you quote the post.
Send to Bluetooth is a Windows shell function, not an Outlook function. I
don't even see that command in Outlook. I suspect that is why the post was
never answered here.

Does not appear at all in Outlook 2003 on either my desktop or laptop.
