In Outlook 2000 when you wanted to send an email from a distribution list,
and you looked at the members in the distribution list, there where a To, CC,
BC bottom, that you could press, and the person that you have mark from the
list, would be put in the To, CC and BC field in the new email.

That option ain't there in Outlook XP, so how can I do it in Outlook XP ?

No version of Outlook had the ability to change the recipients of a DL on a
per message basis until Outlook 2003.

There should be a TO and a CC button. If you click the TO button, it will
open your address book. From there, highlight the names you wish to send an
email to and click the CC or BCC button. It will then CC or BCC your
recipients. When you click OK, you will see all recipients listed at the top
of your mail and you can add or subtract names manually from there on.
