Hi I have office 2003 and my server is AOL.I have just imported my address
book into Outlook and that all looks ok.I am now trying to sens 1 e-mail to
all of my address book. When I press send, my little animated paperclip turns
into a paper plane and flies off. When I look at the e-mail that i have
supposedly sent it says"This e-mail has not been sent.I do not get an error
message or anything to say that there is a problem. When I set up the e-mail
account with the wizard,I followed the instructions as best I could, but I
think that maybe ,where the problem lies. Please can anyone help?

Maybe this will help. Click on "Send and Receive" on the tools menu click
on "Send/Receive setting" click on "show progress". If there is an error
somewhere in your settings it will give you an error message and take it from
there, at least it's a start. These problems are usually some little thing in
accounts unless yu were sending email out of outlook, typing in the addresses
before you downloaded the address book and it worked OK. If so the problen
is in the address book link. Find out where the problem is first.
