How do I send an attachment From My Documents?

I'm new at this and I can send emails, but I don't know how to send
atttachments.Thanks
 
You're right, it's not Word,but the attachment is on Word and in My
documents. All I want to know is how to email the thing. If I'm in the wrong
discussion group, please let me know where to go for help or answer my
question.As for my program I believe it's AOL at this moment.
 
Thank you sir. At least you were nice and not smart about your answer or try
to make me feel totally stupid about asking a question. As I stated I'm just
learning how to get around, and needed some help. Again I say Thank You.
