How do I send a message to bcc recipient only?

Is it possible to send a message to the bcc recipient that the others who
will receive the email will not see?

No one sees the BCC recipients. Even the other BCC recipients can't see each
other.

Yes, but if I want to send the bcc recipient a separate private note along
with the email message, is this possible without all those in the "To" line
seeing this private note as well?

No. All recipients get the same message. The only difference between
placing someon in the To field and someon in the Bcc field is that the Bcc
addressee list is not included in the data sent to the receiving client.
Otherwise the functionality is identical.
