No. All recipients get the same message. The only difference between
placing someon in the To field and someon in the Bcc field is that the Bcc
addressee list is not included in the data sent to the receiving client.
Otherwise the functionality is identical.
Why don't you use an add-in for Outlook that can do a mail merge? Mail merge
add-ins have a lot of options. An example of an add-in that can do what you
