how do I send a message out in responding an arriving mail?

I need to send an announcement upon an arrival of any incoming message
(similar to "out of office" service).

Is there a way to do it?
 
use the Rule Wizard - Tools/Rules Wizard.

You'll need to select the setting that replies with a specific template
that means you must write the text of the reply in Word and save it as a
template)
