How do i send a html page i have saved as newsletter via outlook?

Want to send out a newsletter from a html document i have created. I have
been told i can do this via create stationary in outlook express but want to
know how to do in outlook.
 
You'll probably have better luck posting this to the Outlook group rather
than to the Word group.
