How do I send a form e-mail to a list of recipients individually .

I need to send a form e-mail to a list of recipients each week, but I do not
want to include everyone in the "CC" distribution list. I want this form
e-mail to be distributed just like a mail merge does to your printer except I
want to distribute the e-mail
 
You can do a mail merge to e-mail instead of the printer...
