How do I send a "fit to page" excel document to word?

I completed an Excel spreadsheet that is too big for a letter page, so I
reduced it within Excel to print out the document to letter size. I want to
add it to a Word document, but can't send it in it's reduced state to fit on
a single page within the Word document, and can't seem to reduce it within
Word either. Help!

You can copy the spreadsheet in Excel and in your Word document do a paste
special as a Picture (Enhanced Metafile) - but if you make any changes in
your spreadsheet, you will have to copy and paste special it into Word again.

Or you can try to Paste Special as Paste Link: Microsoft Excel Worksheet
Object.
