How do I send a fax from Outlook 2003 thru a shared fax on 2003 S.

How does one fill in the contact's fax #? The fax console in SBS 2003
instructs
fax:country code??? ect. If you do this the dups go away in the adress
book..good
but....dialing rules? Outlook's...the fax modems? Check or no?
