I want to sell a new notebook with Microsoft EX Pro MCE, I registered in my
name. How can I transfer OS registration etc??
 
Don't worry about it, that is not an issue with Microsoft.
Depending on warranty status, you may need to contact the seller to transfer
warranty.

Also a Clean Installation removes all your personal data as well as provide
the buyer with a Clean Computer.
