How do I search only the current folder I am in?

In Outlook 2003 I could right click a folder and perfrom a search on that
folder. How do I do that in Outlook 2007? Search is not a right click
option, and the Main search searches all mail.

Check your Search settings under Tools - Instant Search - Search Options. You should be able to search on each folder selected - if you have it setup that way under the Instant Search Pane.

Once the settings are setup you will see an option (at the top of the emails - called Instant Search) for each folder.

But sometimes I do want to search everything; so I have to change these
settings every time I do a search, from "Only the current selected folder"
to "All Folders" and vice versa?

For those times you want to search all items, thee is a drop down arrow next to the magnifying glass that allows you to select All Mail Items.
