How do I Search by File Size

In Windows 98 SE I could search by file size. Can I do it in XP Pro?
 
In the search pane, click on Search Options - file size is there, with
selection for "at least" or "at most" <enter size>

I have no Search Options choice. I click on "Start", "Search", click on
For Files and Folders, a box appears with a little dog, I click on "All
Files and Folders" Where would this "Search Options" block be? I have
Windows XP Pro.
