You can go to File > Save As and save a single slide as a JPG or PNG image. You
can go to Slide Sorter view and delete all but the ones you want and then save
the trimmed down presentation. All of this is in PowerPoint. Do you have
PowerPoint installed?

Open the presentation, click the "View" menu and select "Slide Sorter",
press CTRL+A to select all slides, hold down the CTRL key and click the
slide you want to save, press the DELETE key to delete all slides but the
one you want to save, click "File", "Save as" and give it a new name.

To save one slide of a Powerpoint presentation, right click on the desired slide and choose the option Publish Slides. Save to desired location.
