How do I save my list of autocorrections?

I use Word to do medical transcription and if my computer crashes I will lose
my whole list of medical terms I have in autocorrect. How can I save these?

Hi Laurie,

I don't know where the autocorrect information resides,
but...

If your system crashes you will lose far more than that. Do
you have a backup that you renew frequently?

I would imagine that Laurie's question suggests that she is already backing
up everything else and wants to know how to back up her AutoCorrect entries.
