How do I save mailing addresses

I type many mailing envelopes using Word...I have to retype the entire
address each time. I thought there must be a way to save mailing addresses
so when I use TOOLS/ENVELOPES and LABELS I don't have to type the entire
address.

you can type the address in excell then use mail merge in
word. do you have an emvelope printer?
by the way, this is a access newgroup...
