How do I save an embedded music file from an outlook email

I have received an email which plays music as it displays.
How can I save this music file? It does not show as an attachment.

Forget the above, I found the answer in another post. BUT .. sheez... I
sure hope Office 2007 can come up with an easier method ! Having to copy and
paste someone's code into a macro - good grief. Thanks anyway to any
potential respondents.
