how do i save an address from an incoming email?

My MIS director reinstalled my Outlook and all of my contact email addresses
were lost! Rather than retyping all of these addresses,(one folder contained
over 70 addresses), I'd like to be able to just have these people e-mail me
and save the addresses in my contact list. If there is a way, I can't find
it. Can't cut and paste, tried that HELP!!

Did you look at see if you still have your old .PST file on your hard
drive? If it's there your Contacts are in it. If it's not there you
should have a chat with your MIS director about saving your data next
time...
